Win the questions that print revenue
Your buyers are asking an assistant which exchange is licensed where they live, whether your token is a scam, and how your fees compare. If those answers name your competitor, you are losing deals you never saw happen. We benchmark the real prompts, then engineer your way into the answer.
Measured, not guessed
Most AI visibility work starts with somebody's opinion about what buyers ask. We start with a fixed prompt set: the real questions, gathered from sales calls, support tickets, community threads and keyword data, then held constant so that every measurement afterwards is comparable to the last one. A number that moves because the questions changed is not a benchmark. It is a story.
In this category the set has a recognisable shape, and it is not the shape a generalist agency builds. Legitimacy: is [your brand] a scam, is [your token] safe, is [exchange] licensed in Singapore. Transactional: best crypto exchange for beginners in Canada, safest way to stake ETH, best cold wallet for institutions. Comparison: [exchange] vs [exchange] fees, [wallet] vs [wallet] for self custody. Incident history: whatever happened to you in 2022 that a model still recites. If you did not flinch at one of those, they are not your prompts and we built the wrong set.
We are equally straight about the limits. Nobody can tell you how many people asked ChatGPT a given question, because no engine publishes it. Every figure on the market is derived from Google's People Also Ask data. We use it to rank topics by the demand behind them, we label it accurately, and where the proxy cannot resolve a question we say so instead of printing a zero.
Then the technical floor
Being asked about is no use if you cannot be read. Crawler access, whether your pages return anything at all without JavaScript, whether your content breaks into self-contained passages a model can lift, whether your schema and entity architecture let an engine work out what you are. These are the things that stop you being cited, and you can check most of them yourself in one pass with our free Retrieval Readiness Score.
What this does and does not promise
Getting the technical floor right removes the reasons an engine cannot cite you. It does not, on its own, make it cite you. We know that because we tested it: across 45 crypto and fintech companies, readiness scores had no measurable relationship with how often engines cite a brand's own site, while brand size dominated everything. We published that finding rather than hiding it, and it shapes how this service works.
So the honest sequence is: clear the blockers, get into the sources engines already trust, and measure the whole thing against a fixed benchmark so you can see what actually moves. Anyone selling you a readiness score as a citation guarantee has not run the numbers.
Straight answers.
What is the difference between SEO and GEO?
Less than the people selling you a second retainer would like. Engines assemble answers out of pages that already rank, get linked and get mentioned, so most good SEO work already feeds GEO. What is genuinely new is the conversational long tail: high-intent questions buyers ask an assistant that never surface in a keyword tool, because nobody types them into a search box. That is the part worth new money, and that is where we hunt.
Which engines do you optimize for?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Copilot. The more useful answer is that they disagree constantly, and treating them as one channel is the most common mistake in this category. We have watched a brand get cited well on one engine and go completely unmentioned on another for the same question, and watched ChatGPT decline to search the web at all on a third of its runs.
How do you measure AI visibility?
Against a fixed prompt set, and fixed is the whole point. A number that moves because someone changed the questions is a story, not a measurement. Same questions, every quarter, several runs each because engines are non-deterministic, reported as citation share per engine, mention share, accuracy and AI referral traffic.
Can you tell me how many people ask AI a given question?
No, and neither can anyone else, which is worth knowing before you buy a tool that says otherwise. No engine publishes query volume, so every AI search volume figure on the market is modelled from Google People Also Ask data. We use it to rank topics by the demand behind them, we label it as the proxy it is, and where it drops below its own resolution we report a topic as not measured rather than printing a zero that means nothing.
Do you write the content?
No, and we would rather say so before you ask. We deliver strategy, architecture and detailed briefs; your team or your writers execute them. It keeps us on the work that needs our specialism, and it keeps your voice and your compliance review inside your business.
Do you replace our in-house team?
No. We plug in. The clients who get the most from this keep content and development in-house and hand us architecture, GEO and authority. An agency that replaces your team also walks out with your product knowledge when the contract ends.
